Jenson Button and Roberto Merhi have both been penalised by the stewards post-race.
The McLaren driver has had 5 seconds added to his race time, moving him down from 13th to 14th. The penalty is for causing a collision with Pastor Maldonado on lap 49. 2 penalty points also which will expire in a years time.
Manor’s Roberto Merhi was caught lapping too fast under the safety car which was deployed on lap 54. The Spaniard has also had 5 seconds added to his race time. Roberto has also been given 2 penalty points, which will expire after 12 months.
