Sauber announce IFS as Principal Partner

Sauber F1 Team have announced global enterprise applications company IFS have become their Principal Partner for the 2016 season.

The IFS brand’s logo will be placed on the rear wing endplates and the top of the monocoque on the Sauber C35 when it launches on March 1, as well as being displayed on the overalls and helmets of drivers Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr.

The logos will also appear on the C34 when it is used during the first four days of testing.

In an announcement, Sauber’s Team Principal Monisha Kaltenborn displays her delight with the partnership: “We are very pleased to welcome IFS as a Principal Partner of the Sauber F1 Team. In this demanding time for Formula One, it is of utmost importance to have strong partners on board. Together with IFS, we are laying an important foundation for the upcoming season as well as for future projects.

“This collaboration proves that both companies share similar values as regards to performance, high-tech and high-quality standards which are fundamental for a fruitful partnership. We look forward to working with IFS and have the objective to establish a long and successful collaboration.”
